Business Development Coordinator (Hamptons Tennis Company, Inc - Southampton, NY)
Conduct market research and analysis, utilize P&L management, KPIs, and on/off court SOPs to determine areas of strength and opportunity. Create a growth plan to implement the management’s long-term strategic vision. Prepare business volume forecast reports and plans for the optimization of manpower productivity, costs, and other expenses. Use statistical analysis tools to gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions, analyze financial statements to help prepare an annual budget for the responsible operation of the tennis facilities and ice rink. Develop a pricing strategy for members and non-members. Suggest new programs to expand the club’s membership and grow revenue, and work on marketing strategies to improve promotion efforts for the existing programs.
Requirements: MBA + 18 months experience as a Business Development Coordinator for a sports club or program.
